PokerExpert ("the App") is an offline-capable poker mathematics, Expected Value (EV), and strategy training simulator. The App does not offer real-money gambling, does not allow users to wager real money or items of value, and does not offer any opportunity to win real money or prizes. All training stack amounts displayed in the App are strictly mathematical simulation units for educational calculation of pot odds and expected value.
All custom AI player profiles, session leak statistics, and hand histories created by you are stored locally on your device using standard local storage. We do not collect, transmit, or sell your personal identity or custom training profiles to external servers.
The free version of the App uses Google AdMob to display rewarded and interstitial advertisements. Google AdMob may use device identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and coarse diagnostic data to serve relevant ads and prevent fraud in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Optional Pro subscriptions and one-time Pro unlocks are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your credit card or payment details.
Because the App teaches card game probability and poker strategy, it is intended solely for adult learners aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
PokerExpert does not require user registration or cloud accounts. You can erase all locally stored hand histories, EV statistics, and custom player profiles at any time inside the App via Menu → Session Leaks & EV → Reset Session, by clearing your browser or application storage, or by uninstalling the App.
If you voluntarily submit a playtester note through the in-app Send Feedback tool, only your note text and coarse game-format metadata are transmitted to Biwada LLC for product improvement. You may request deletion of any submitted feedback note at any time by contacting us below.
