1. Educational & Training Use Only (Zero Real-Money Gambling)

PokerExpert (pokerexpert.app), a software service of Biwada LLC, is an educational poker probability, Expected Value (EV), and strategy simulator intended strictly for adults aged 18 and older.

PokerExpert does not offer real-money gambling, wagering, cash deposits, or real-world prizes. All table bankrolls, blinds, bomb-pot antes, and pot amounts displayed inside the simulator represent hypothetical mathematical training units with zero monetary value and can never be cashed out, transferred, or purchased.

2. PokerExpert Pro Subscriptions & Lifetime Unlock

PokerExpert offers a free ad-supported training tier alongside optional PokerExpert Pro upgrades (Monthly, Annual, and one-time Lifetime Unlock) that remove advertisements and unlock unlimited Move Math EV simulations, Specialist Spot Drills, 4-Card PLO, 5-Card Big O, and Double-Board Bomb Pots.

• Billing & Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• 1-Click Cancellation: You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store Settings (Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions), Google Play Store Subscriptions, or web billing portal. Canceling stops future renewals while preserving full Pro access through the end of your paid period.
• Restore Purchases: Existing subscribers and Lifetime buyers can restore entitlements on a new device via Unlock Pro → Restore Purchases.

3. No Guarantee of Live Game Outcomes

Poker involves statistical variance and imperfect information. Expected Value (EV) rollouts, Minimum Defense Frequency (MDF) figures, and strategy guides provided by PokerExpert are educational models and do not guarantee winnings or financial performance in any live or online card game.

4. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All software code, simulation engines, visual interfaces, and strategy guides on PokerExpert are owned by Biwada LLC. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for personal study and entertainment.
